Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Orders placed before 12 pm PST are typically shipped the next day. Shipments may vary depending on the carrier and the destination. Typically shipments are received within 3 to 5 work days. Parcels are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator, depending on the shipping address. Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders.

Returns and Refunds
Everything You Need to Know
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase. You can choose to exchange the item(s) or return it for a full refund. Warranty Disclaimer
The Information You Need to Know
Roost Hooks warrants the product(s) to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. Roost Hooks agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to replace a defect product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such replacement is subject to verification of a defect or malfunction and proof of purchase.
For maximum strength ensure hooks are tested prior to hanging objects. Do not hang objects in areas where damage or injury could occur if object falls. Do not use this product for loads subject to severer weather, such as high winds or other dynamics conditions. The load applied to the hook by the hanging object, must be perpendicular to the horizontal siding. Manufacturer and seller are not responsible for incorrect installation or improper use.
